Thanks for the great support! Your app is the only one I found that reliably works with traffic from Facebook and Instagram ads. Other contact forms — including Shopify's native form and popular form builders — didn’t work inside in-app browsers. Your form submits perfectly, even from Instagram, which solved a big problem for us. Keep up the great work!

We are using this app for new wholesale customer applications, approval and customer creation. The custom forms are flexible and highly configurable. I needed some form fields copied to the customer account fields when the customer is created, and the developers were very responsive to my needs and took care of it. Very impressive customer service!

Lightening Fast support, altered something for us in no time. Form works great as a returns request form, customers can request a return for their unwanted product.

This app has made it easily to solve authenticating possibly fraudulent orders. We use their email sign up form, but converted to a verification form and it has been perfect. Very easy to use and the best looking of all the custom form apps we tried. Highly recommend.

The APP interface is very nice, the response is very fast, and the customer service personnel are very responsible.
