My preferred app for this purpose. I've been using this app for over a year on one wholesale site, and just installed it on a second one. I had a bit of trouble on my second install, and their support was fast and responsive. They diagnosed a compatibility issue with a second app we were no longer using within a day, and we were up and running.
This app forces you to jump to the payment subscription screen, and you can't tap anything else.
J'étais satisfaite de la prise en main pour la création de formulaires et après 5 soumissions reçues l'appli m'oblige à payer pour utiliser! Aucune possibilité d'accéder aux réponses des formulaires sans passer par le paiement. Honteux d'afficher Gratuit quelque chose qui ne l'est pas.
