Really grateful to the SureCust team for their support! After I accidentally deleted my sample-request form, they helped recreate it and assisted with the fields, product and size options and other adjustments. They were patient and helpful throughout the process, which made a stressful situation much easier to resolve. Thank you for going the extra mile!
With the free plan, clicking on any feature redirects you to the subscription plans; you can't use the features without subscribing, effectively forcing you to pay. If you don't want to offer a free tier, just get rid of it—don't mislead people.
This form builder app has been a fantastic solution for multiple sites where we've needed to build complex contact forms with conditional responses, file upload capabilities, multiple page forms, etc. I reached out to support to ask for a custom feature to be added, which they're actively working on and communication has been top notch. Highly recommended app for your custom form needs on Shopify.
