With the free plan, clicking on any feature redirects you to the subscription plans; you can't use the features without subscribing, effectively forcing you to pay. If you don't want to offer a free tier, just get rid of it—don't mislead people.

This form builder app has been a fantastic solution for multiple sites where we've needed to build complex contact forms with conditional responses, file upload capabilities, multiple page forms, etc. I reached out to support to ask for a custom feature to be added, which they're actively working on and communication has been top notch. My preferred app for this purpose. I've been using this app for over a year on one wholesale site, and just installed it on a second one. I had a bit of trouble on my second install, and their support was fast and responsive. They diagnosed a compatibility issue with a second app we were no longer using within a day, and we were up and running.

This app forces you to jump to the payment subscription screen, and you can't tap anything else.
