I've been using the SureCust App and have to say it's absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful for managing my daily tasks. The interface is user-friendly, and it makes handling forms and data so much easier. However, I recently ran into a frustrating issue where none of the forms were displaying properly on my device. I quickly reached out for support, and the team (or the representative—I think it was a "he" based on our chat) was extremely responsive and helpful. That said, I was a bit surprised and disappointed to be charged $50 for the assistance. Overall, the app is still a solid choice for anyone needing reliable tools, but potential users should be aware of possible fees for support. I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars—amazing app with minor caveats.

Perfect for our needs! We can easily control access so that certain content is visible only to account holders, and the setup/customisation worked fine with our theme. We needed some adjustments since we have our store in different languages, and the friendly and fast customer support helped us with. Thank you.

Thanks for the great support! Your app is the only one I found that reliably works with traffic from Facebook and Instagram ads. Other contact forms — including Shopify's native form and popular form builders — didn’t work inside in-app browsers. Your form submits perfectly, even from Instagram, which solved a big problem for us. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely sensational for what we need! We're able to restrict certain content to account holders only, it's easy to set up and customise based on our theme, and the customer approval process is simple. The support team are incredibly responsive, and are actually willing to help create additional functionalities to suit exactly what we need - I've never had an experience quite like this with a shopify app... beyond 5 stars!!
