This app is exactly what I needed, and functions just as well (if not better) than all the other more expensive apps I’ve tried. I had a lot of trouble setting up my email notifications to my customers with the app for some reason, but customer service did it for me so fast!

I used to use the Shopify form. But they don't have the features I need, like auto approval, customer tags and redirect to login. This app is very good. I created custom forms for 2 of my B2B stores. It's easy to create, customizable and meets all my needs. I contacted support once for a customization and got a response in a second! They get the job done very quickly. I recommend this app!
