Customer Support was beyond helpful! They walked me through every step, allowed me to step away to support my child for 15 minutes, and were immediately responsive upon return. When we realized I created the wrong bundle type at the start, Aiden went back and created the bundle for me with the correct settings. He also gave me a feature normally for paid subscribers, just as the cherry on top. I am immensely impressed with their support, especially as a free-tier user.

They also removed the watermark for free, without me even asking for it. The app is really good, it allows even for the most complex offers. I can only recommend it!

Alan did a fantastic job helping us set up our bundles. We faced several challenges during the setup, but he patiently handled every issue and made sure everything was working perfectly. He even customized the UI according to our requirements, which was truly appreciated. The app itself is one of the best bundle apps you can ask for. It has almost every feature needed to create attractive offers, increase sales, and improve AOV. The support and customization options are excellent. My experience was very good and Shawn was very helpful and resolved my problem.

So far, pretty overwhelming with how many features and settings there are, but seems to be working the way we want with some tweaks. And support is phenomenal, going as far as creating a Loom video just for us to solve the problem we were having! Pretty awesome.
