I had an excellent experience with Alan from the Appstle support team. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough while helping me set up the subscription system for my Shopify store. What could have easily been confusing was made simple because Alan walked me through each step clearly and made sure everything was working properly before we finished. He answered all of my questions, explained the features in a way that was easy to understand, and went above and beyond to ensure my subscription setup matched exactly what I needed for my business. This is the second time I have had Adams help. Every time I reach out he is always quick to respond and immediately on the issue. Honestly at this point 80% of the value of this app is due to the best customer service. Both the app and the customer service will work round the clock for you!

Excellent customer service from Sebastian today, troubleshooting my initial set-up configuration and clearly, patiently answering all my questions. On a weekend too. Amazing. And this app is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. Elegant and full-function for sure. Try it!

I've been using this app for about 6 months now and am very happy with it. Most notably the support - they are very responsive whenever I have a question or not able to configure something, I get a reply usually within 20 minutes if not sooner. The app has also helped me increase my aov. Would recommend.
