Alden was so helpful. We worked for two hours to sort through a very challenging issue. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They even fixed some CSS for us that was not a critical issue at all. Appreciate it!

I had a good experience with the application, where it is clear and simple, and also the customer service is very professional, calm, polite, and patient. Also, trying to give other solutions and trying to match what I have in mind for the bundles and suggest what is best for me. Thank you, Adrian!

I had an excellent experience working with Derek from the Appstle team. He helped me set up three different section bundles exactly the way I needed them, and everything turned out perfect. What really stood out was how well he understood what I was trying to achieve. I had a pretty specific setup in mind with multiple bundle options, and he was able to execute it smoothly without confusion or back-and-forth. He was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure every part of the bundles functioned correctly before wrapping up. The final result looks clean, works seamlessly on my store, and makes it much easier for my customers to shop. It’s clear he knows the platform inside and out. I truly appreciate the support and professionalism. If you get the chance to work with Derek, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend.

I've been very pleased with Appstle Bundles. The app enables me to quickly set up bundles, most importantly for my shop a Volume Discount for bulk orders of products. I've ran into a few instances of needing their support team's help - not from issues with the App, but when I create an error or can't find something - and they answer nearly immediately and help me troubleshoot issues with ease. They've been great about feedback / improvement requests, too. A+

Love this app! The app subscription service has really helped our customers get better deals and allowed us to keep them fully stocked with our product. BEST PART OF APPSTLE is the the HANDS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They always respond immediately to help with any issues that come up. Highly recommend.

For online store I say the app is a 4. But I have to give it a 3 because we are a brick and mortar store with a robust online customer base as well. Not being able to add these bundles to our POS terminal in store is a major issue, so we have to create our own"bundle boxes" as a separate product in Shopify for in store sales only, or create a whole bunch of discount codes to offer the same discounts to our in person bread and butter customers.

Super easy to use and most of all great customer service that is there for you in each step. They even got on a call to explain the bundle set up. Super fast replies too.
