It’s very easy to set up different discount structures, tiered pricing, and bundles – all highly customizable and stable in the store. But what really makes this app shine is the customer support. The team is always available, quick to respond, and incredibly dedicated. No matter how complex the request, they patiently guide you through the setup and even suggest smart solutions you wouldn’t think of yourself. For anyone running a Shopify store and looking for a reliable discount & bundle system with excellent support – this app is a must-have!

Customer service with Appstle has been amazing since day one. Uri is so fast to respond to me and is ALWAYS willing to help me with technical backend configurations that I myself don't know how to do. The team has been willing to write custom CSS for me and create custom backend rules for subscriptions, bundles, etc. I contemplated using a bigger app for my brand, but decided not to because other customer service was not responsive or willing to go above and beyond and help me with technical updates. I'm super impressed and grateful for all of the support I've received for months now.

We are just getting started with the Appstle℠ Bundles & Discounts app, and our experience has been fantastic so far! The app is very intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to set up and manage. We were able to build three membership tiers with different discounts and shipping options, and set thresholds that work perfectly for us. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. They were absolutely fantastic—this is the best support I’ve ever received on any app! Quick, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything works smoothly. They even provided clear setup videos with easy steps, which made getting started a breeze.

I just started using the appstle apps. So far 0 complaints. The customer service is top tier and they will respond 24/7. The interface is very beginner friendly. I needed an all in one bundle and subscription and appstle is the perfect solution.
