We’ve had a really positive experience working with the Appstle team. The chat support has been consistently responsive, knowledgeable and proactive, and they’ve gone above and beyond to help us resolve issues quickly when we encountered setup challenges. What has stood out in particular is their willingness to help with adjustments on our behalf to ensure everything works smoothly and that our brand presentation remains consistent across the site. That level of support has made a real difference during implementation. Highly recommended for both technical reliability and genuinely helpful customer service.

Amazing team that helped us though a very complicated setup with a very particular bundle that has within in services, subscriptions, and one-time purchases. Would recommend 100% if you're looking for bundle app, lots of possibilities and pretty easy to use. Thanks Devin and the Appstle team!

I can't say enough good things about this app, or the team behind it. I've used all of Appstle's tools for over a year. I never have to wait more than a minute for customer support (chat) and they are so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Most recently Brooks went above and beyond for me. Get this app. You'll love it!

Max did an amazing job helping me set up my subscriptions. I feel like I have a complicated set up, but Max was able to make it look easy and set things up in a way the created options and optimized the set up process! Very pleased with how the tiers are set up!

I have to say that the customer experience is some of the best I've experienced on Shopify. They have a very dedicated team that is able to help you with anything. This is both for the Bundles app and the Subscription App. I am very happy and pleased to be a customer!

I’ve been using Appstle for a while now and honestly it’s been really solid. It made starting out way easier than I expected. What stood out the most is the support. I had some issues with my store and the app embed, and they actually jumped in and helped fix everything, not just tell me what to do... I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you’re just starting.
