6-star support – Stefan is absolutely outstanding I’m fairly new to Shopify and to loyalty apps, and the support I received from Appstle (especially Stefan) has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Stefan patiently guided me through everything step by step, even when I was still figuring out how to use themes and drafts in Shopify. He jumped into my preview theme, so we could look at the same thing, and then coordinated with their developers to turn off the currency symbol exactly the way I wanted. On top of that, he proactively offered to remove the “Appstle Loyalty & Rewards” branding from the widget as a goodwill gesture, even though that’s normally a paid add-on. He kept me updated the whole time, gave a clear time frame, and everything was done much faster than I expected. The whole conversation felt human, friendly and professional. No generic canned replies, just someone who genuinely cared about making my store look and work the way I envisioned. If you’re looking for a loyalty app that actually backs up its features with world-class support, I can’t recommend Appstle (and Stefan in particular) highly enough. Five stars honestly don’t feel like enough.
