App is perfect for rewarding my customers with store credits on their purchases. I contacted support about a small problem I was having and within literally 3 mins I had a response and problem fixed and than Sam and Drew both went over and beyond to fix a few things they noticed I had wrong. Thank you again not only for the amazing support but also an amazing app that worked exactly how I wanted it to. Recommend 110%. Thanks, Beau Down Under Trading Cards Australia

Yatz was amazing in helping with my shop needs and questions. He was so patient and kind in his responses, and showed me everything step by step. He offered additional suggestions too, which I really appreciated! 5 STARS PLUS for their customer support. I wasn't really sold yet on keeping/using this Appstle membership/loyalty app just yet. But after my experience with customer service, you really can't find anyone better to assist with your needs. They make sure you are happy with the service and the app. Such a NICE refreshing experience! :)

Overall, the program is easy to set up and navigate- even for a newbie. Even if you get stuck, the Appstle support team is only a chat away to help you move forward. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to sign up for an app and actually have the support you need to be successful. I look forward to many years of using this for our loyalty program.

I just added this to our store to see if we can get more engagement with repeat customers. As I did the initial set up, I needed some help customizing the placement of the widget. i would say onboarding and getting everything running with this app was tricky, but their support has been great and Uri in particular has been a total legend... big shout out to Uri!

still in the midst of building my site... but I tried Smile.Io, Seal Subscriptions and Bundler... Asking SO much for what they actually provide, on top of the customization being very limiting and blocked behind higher priced tiers (looking at you $199/month @Smile.io). I was suggested to try Appstle Subscription instead of Seal... And very quickly felt SO taken care of with the app flexibility for the price AND the 24/7 support. Right after, I got the Appstle Loyalty and Appstle Membership apps which I'm trying out. And will gladly redo all of my work on Smile.Io so I can keep it all within this brand. I'm so impressed so far.
