One of the most configurable loyalty and rewards apps available for Shopify. After making the switch from another app I am more than satisfied. High recommend to anyone looking for a rewards app or wanting to make a switch.

I was nervous and clueless about setting this up. I reached out to support and asked for a video or anything. Drew, the tech, said, "No need to worry at all—I’m here to help," and he set up everything for me. What a relief, and the customer service was amazing. He was kind, thoughtful, and professional. It was an exceptional experience. Even though English is not my first language, the representative went above and beyond to help me. Honestly, I was feeling insecure about the app at first, but after the way Yatz treated me, I truly believe it’s completely worth it and I’ll probably upgrade my plan. Yatz gave me confidence in the service, resolved my issue very quickly, and was also extremely kind. These days, it’s surprising to find such great customer service, especially when a chat is so impersonal this interaction feels so personal and genuine. Thank you to Yatz for the incredible service, and I truly hope their work is being valued.

I love using this app & my customers love the fact that they earn points for every dollar they spend. I had one little issue that was my fault & when I contacted the team Drew was amazing, very professional & quick to answer & fix my problems. I highly recomment
