It was an exceptional experience. Even though English is not my first language, the representative went above and beyond to help me. Honestly, I was feeling insecure about the app at first, but after the way Yatz treated me, I truly believe it’s completely worth it and I’ll probably upgrade my plan. Yatz gave me confidence in the service, resolved my issue very quickly, and was also extremely kind. These days, it’s surprising to find such great customer service, especially when a chat is so impersonal this interaction feels so personal and genuine. Thank you to Yatz for the incredible service, and I truly hope their work is being valued.
