I tried multiple other loyalty apps before deciding on Appstle, and I’m so happy with my decision! As an indie artisan, I didn’t want a cookie-cutter program, and with Appstle I was able to create a very customized experience that is unique to my brand and resonates with my customers. (Though I appreciate that if you *do* want a plug-and-play program, you can do that and be up and running fairly quickly). The tech support has been beyond fantastic, without a doubt the most responsive and helpful I’ve ever encountered in my years on Shopify.
