I initially ran into some technical issues with the app, but Derek was incredibly helpful and got everything sorted out. Not only did he fix all the problems, but he also took the time to explain why they happened and how to avoid them in the future. His great support really highlights the excellent customer service here. I absolutely love this app, highly recommend it, and appreciate the fantastic help!
