I installed the app and the descriptions of all my products are gone. Appears for editing but when saved does not appear on the product page

I used the app and is useless. You have to import reviews one at a time clicks and clicks for each product reviews import. If you have even 400 - 500 products think twice before using it as the app has no option to bulk import anything. The developer never responds to customers' queries and has provided a bogus feature request page that he never replies to (he never replied to my queries). The developer has provided a CSV import functionality in which you have to yourself fill in the reviews first and then match it to the existing products which are of no use as you yourself have to do all the donkey work.
Hello, All apps in Shopify require you to insert Aliexpress or Amazon url or have one of supported apps using Chrome extension for bulk importing as we do We do support 5 apps for bulk imports, such as Oberlo. Sorry for inconvenience but that the only way currently for importing in all Shopify apps

Don't install this app. It has no support whatsoever. I Unintentionally uninstalled the paid version of the app 5 days ago. Reinstalled to take advantage of the plan I already paid and was downgraded to the free plan. Contact support for 3 times with NO ANSWERS and worst all my reviews were removed from my store. Please don't make the same mistake I did, RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP. Also it makes your store run slower.

Muito ruim, possui ferramentas muito boas porém o funcionamento é péssimo, você faz as avaliações e o site não salvam vários rewies, e algo que era para ser feito em meia hora demora 2 horas, eu tenho a versão paga do app e vou desinstalar, ruim demais! já estava me estressando com o desempenho horrível do app e na última tentativa, TODOS os review não foram salvos, não dou 0 estrelas pq não tem como!
Hello, for importing reviews you must insert the link for the product you want or use the extension for bulk import if you're using one of supported apps such as Oberlo, there's no way we can get links for all your products without these 2 methods and that apply for all shopify apps as its mandatory step to get product link somehow.

Hello, Sorry for that, but the plans are clear on free plan you have some limits and that apply to all shopify apps in our app 1- you can import 6 reviews per product only on free plan 2- but you can have unlimited customer reviews and that written before you download the app in plan description We have features on free plan no other apps allow it for free users therefor I hope you write about how we baited you

I have added lots of reviews manually through Areviews app, but one day, almost all of them can not be published and display ( only 6 reviews can be shown ).
Sorry for Inconvenience we sent you 3 messages but we didn't get any reply from you, also you could contact us before writing this review and we will help you to publish all of them. Free plan is limited to 6 reviews for imported reviews only but for reviews written from your store you can publish them from store reviews page which is not limited to publish number as imported reviews page.

You have no control over your own reviews and they don't allow you the opportunity to download, edit or save reviews. It also ads an ugly second review line to the product title rather than add the reviews into the default review tab. In addition, it's buggy and if your reviews are multiple and needs a second page, it can't scroll to the next page and the page numbers come up in Arabic. It's buggy and adds a large blank space between the review section and the product listing. * The developers own support said the reviews cannot be edited, saved or downloaded and this option does not exist in the menu, so the response contradicts their own claims. It's a buggy and poor app.
Hello, we tried to contact you several times and replied to your message but we didn't get any reply from you nor you gave us any chance to help you with your issues. To manage the reviews by editing or deleting...etc them you just have to click on product title in our app to go to manage reviews page and there where you can edit,delete, publish ..etc your reviews. For the tab we can help you to move the reviews section in the tab but we need you to response to our messages.

It is very difficult to use, only a few comments can be imported, and they have been repeated. Delete and re-import it is still the same comment. Useless plugin
Hello, you were on free plan which is limited for 6 reviews per product only. if you want more try plaid plan which you can import up to 1500 reviews.

You have to manually specify URL to Amazon in order to get reviews. This is so 2000 late! Each product in my store has UPC, there plenty of services to match UPC with ASINS and from there you can easily scrape reviews from Amazon via simple http request and response using regular expressions. Why there manual work needed???? What if I have millions of products in the store, you are expecting me to specify URLs one by one? Not enough skills in programming to make it smart? LOL!!!
Hello, We contacted you back and told you about the drawback of your method, and we asked For ASIN number as you suggested but you said you don't have it, you have UPC instead and you can extract ASIN from it but you didn't know where it's stored on shopify as far as I know shopify doesn't store amazon UPC so we can get them Through Shopify API System and few customers Store ASIN That's why we have our extension that help you to bulk import from 1- OBerlo 2- ShopMaster 3- Dropified 4-modalyst 5-expressify 6-Imporify You can bulk import from these apps for 20 products in one click But as we explain it's not practical for many to use ASIN for many reasons

ZERO STARS. The worst part is the app glitches randomly. It works at random..... very very dangerous for any business. do not risk it i made a huge mistake and now even after its removed im having trouble with my code.
Sorry for this experience. You had issue with the reviews slider on safari browser we fixed the issue in few hours but you didn't like the fact that we sent you several messages to solve the issue. We understand your concern about your time, for that we approved full refund since you didn't like the amount of time taken to fix your issue. The only reason i choose this app is that it supports amazon reviews importing, but it's only available for paid plan. The main reason i deleted this app is that it added too many DIV to my theme files broke my theme. It took me some work to clean it up.

I don't recommend, quite confusing app + you can't add video with the reviews which are very important these days+ don't have any days trial and I pay 7$ for such a bad app!! Guys from 'Areviews ‑ Reviews Importer' if you come to the market then fix all the issues and give chance to costumers to try the app, not just putting prices for the scummy app!
Sorry for connivance, but there's no app contains all features. You could request a new feature we have new section for that. For video reviews we never claimed that we support it, and we plan to add it in future. We will consider your suggestions.

the free plan does show the country i want the app choise instead of you and most of the reviews are from ukrane or russia !!
Sorry for inconvenience, but we have Countries filter, if you contacted us we could guide you to enable the option. For the Reviews Location we only imports reviews from websites directly, we don't choose specific countries but most of buyers in Aliexress are from Russia and you can check that from aliexpress

Worst app I have ever used not recommended at all after deleting the app my all store got destroyed !!!!!!!
Hello, sorry for inconvenience but I checked your store and everything working just fine without any issue crystalcarat.com I noticed that you uninstalled our app few minutes ago can you explain what got destroyed in your store? because upon uninstalling the app we can't edit any files in your theme if this happen when you installed the app this might be from our app but after uninstalling the app that impossible to happen. Sorry for that experience , can you contact us to check and fix your issue Removing our codes will take few minutes also we can know the cause for your issue because uninstalling the app in shopify doesn't do anything . we can't remove or alter anything if you uninstalled the app if this happen when you installed the app then it might be our app but on uninstall the app that not possible therefor I need to check that and I can know the reason for your issue in no time. please contact us and I will help you with this issue.

Reviews are not showing and there is coding all over my website. I had to temporarily delete the app. Please fix the issue ASAP.

A basic app. Not yet estabilished. Was not able to do anything with the app. But the money was taken immediately. DO NOT INSTALL. FALSE ADVERTISING.
Sorry for inconvenience. As you said in messages the reason you want to import reviews for all products at once without using external apps like Oberlo Bulk imports only possible when you use one of supported apps like Dropified or importify since they support amazon website. And oberlo app ..etc for aliexpress If you want to use our app again we will be more then happy to help you.
