My site crashed and i had to remove the app. Also it reseted all my template designes of the products and i have to fix all my products manually one by one
Sorry for what happened but the issue didn't happen because of our app, we have many installation daily and no one reported such issue With new Shopify theme v2 all codes are installed in Shopify servers directly not on your theme so Shopify app has minimum impact on the themes with Zero codes installed please contact us to help you investigate the reason for your website crash

MY SITE WAS DOWN AND I COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHY. APPARENTLY THEIR CAPCHA ON THEIR API FROM THIS APP WAS CAUSING MY WHOLE SITE TO CRASH. REMOVE NOW!!!!
we are very sorry for that we fixed the issue as soon as we found it it didn't last 10 minute at most it was enabled by our host and this first time happen form years so I really apologize for that.

À fuir absolument, cette application a littéralement tué mon référencement et plombé mes ventes Je déconseille formellement l’utilisation de cette application. AReviews a généré des champs méta incorrects qui ont produit des notes cumulées non conformes aux standards de Google, ce qui a entraîné la désindexation totale de mes pages produits. Résultat : mes produits sont devenus invisibles dans les résultats de recherche, et j’ai subi une chute brutale de plus de 70 % de mon chiffre d’affaires. Pire encore : il est impossible d’exporter un fichier CSV des avis existants pour les transférer vers une autre application. Cela signifie que vous perdez tous vos avis clients accumulés si vous souhaitez changer de solution. Aucune portabilité, aucune transparence. J’ai mis des années à bâtir le référencement de ma boutique, et en quelques semaines, cette application a tout démoli. Je suis sidéré qu’une application aussi destructrice soit encore disponible sur l’App Store Shopify. Et le pire dans tout ça : même après la désinstallation, l’application laisse derrière elle des résidus de code injectés dans votre thème. Aucun nettoyage automatique, aucune prise en charge. Ces morceaux de code sont planqués dans les fichiers, polluent votre boutique, sont un enfer à identifier et à supprimer et continuent de nuire à votre référencement comme un poison lent. Clairement, cette application se moque complètement de ses utilisateurs, et des conséquences qu’elle peut avoir sur un commerce en ligne.
Nous sommes vraiment désolés d’apprendre votre expérience et comprenons parfaitement votre frustration. We have been using the App since a long time, but suddenly today the app has started glitching and causing my product pages to go down. The reviews do not show up and every product page which has this app embedded/enabled on it is down. We can not view the product or anything and tons of customers are leaving the website due to this issue. This is very disappointing as it has caused us a major loss in revenue and an app which has been on the market since so long should have a grip on such things. Unless they resolve this issue ASAP and compensate me for my losses, i will not edit this review. Utter disappointment!!

Application crashed, it's been a while! What happened? Please fix this!
Sorry for the experience we had urgent server maintenance from the host with Google servers. We didn't have downtime for the last 1 year. The servers are back on the same day after the maintenance is finished. Thank you for understanding.

I´ve tryied to install for a week. Doens't work for all products. I can´t integrate with the BK extension as well. The suportr dosen´t work for me.

For the BK extension, it's not related to our app. You should contact the developer if you have an issue with it.

I am trying to import a reviews from our store on Amazon but unable to import all reviews around 3,000 to 4,000 Kindly let me know with further procedure
Currently, the limit is 1500 reviews per URL. Due to website limitations, we can't go over that limit. But you can import reviews + ratings from amazon also you can use more than one link for single product to get more.

The application has stopped working and is giving "Fatal error", I need to use the application because it is hurting my business
Sorry for the inconvenience; it was an unexpected and unavoidable error. We fixed the issue, and now everything is back to normal we will make sure such errors won't happen again.

You have no control over your own reviews and they don't allow you the opportunity to download, edit or save reviews. It also ads an ugly second review line to the product title rather than add the reviews into the default review tab. In addition, it's buggy and if your reviews are multiple and needs a second page, it can't scroll to the next page and the page numbers come up in Arabic. It's buggy and adds a large blank space between the review section and the product listing. * The developers own support said the reviews cannot be edited, saved or downloaded and this option does not exist in the menu, so the response contradicts their own claims. It's a buggy and poor app.
Hello, we tried to contact you several times and replied to your message but we didn't get any reply from you nor you gave us any chance to help you with your issues. To manage the reviews by editing or deleting...etc them you just have to click on product title in our app to go to manage reviews page and there where you can edit,delete, publish ..etc your reviews. For the tab we can help you to move the reviews section in the tab but we need you to response to our messages.

Reviews are not showing and there is coding all over my website. I had to temporarily delete the app. Please fix the issue ASAP.

So apparently they have changed the rules and the app no longer works for unless I am willing to pay. Never got any notice from they that would be charging, never asked to approve upgrade, the just started charging. Was never the greatest app, but it did work and serve a purpose Fantastic support. Great app, highly recommended. Easy import of reviews from Amazon, and handling questions from customers.
