Customer service is fantastic. The AI chat is ecxcellent, but when it doesn't give enough information contacting customer service via email is easy and it takes only a few hours to give you the needed info.

AreviewsApp has been a great addition to our store. It’s really easy to use, looks clean and professional, and has solid customization options that help everything blend well with our branding. The support team has been fantastic — quick to respond and genuinely helpful every time we reached out. There’s still room for improvements in a few areas, but honestly, even in its current state, it works really well and delivers what it promises. We’re happy to keep using it and would definitely recommend it to other stores!

I have never had any issues, everything has worked out perfectly. Ahmad from support helped me reach my goals and is a very intelligent and knowledgeable agent. My customers can now write reviews and we are looking forward to doing more business!

Easy to use. 10 / 10 Customer Service - even out of hours. Keeps improving with new features. Also very affordable.
