This is the best review app that is available for free on shopify. This app allows you to import the most reviews out of any of the review apps that Ive tried. Lots of customization options.

i wouldn't recommend this app. when a buyer clicks on a product page its taking time to load reviews each time... and doesn't look good for shoppers.

It's pretty easy to use once you spend some time learning it. It has lots of other features, not only importing reviews and they have the best customer service you can imagine! Very fast and helpful!

The application itself does not load as much connection as others of this type which I checked. The apps is very friendly for user, have many functions to improve to shop. Is very easy to import reviews. The support answer quickly. Some time is some problems, like in other apps, but this is normally. I have experience with other apps and I know to every time something happend with connection.

The app stopped working on a crucial day and cost me hundreds of dollars. When I click this app in the apps dashboard, it never updates the next page. It just crashes or doesn't stop trying to load the page. I contacted support but they have failed to help me resolve this asap and I will probably lose another couple hundred dollars today. I bought this app and it doesn't work.

The customer service here is great. Today I installed the app and ran into a few problems. The response times was amazing. This is by far the best choice I have made to install the app

Excellent Customer Support Team. Areviews is really a very useful application. We had an error in our site so we contacted the customer service department they responded to our mail in a short time and solved the solution as soon as possible. Keep Going Guys. :)

This app is amazing but I give 3 Stars only because all reviews I pull are hosted external and not on my shop, which means if app server struggles, my reviews on the page wont be displayed!!!! If the app owner closes the service, all reviews will be gone!!! I had now 3 times the case that reviews were not displayed and admin was also down( server unavailable).

I can give them 10 stars if it just allow me. Their support is flawless and quickly resolved my issue (it was even not related with their app, but they fixed it anyway) Best review app on the market & worth every penny! I highly recommend it without a second doubt. Triple A!

This is the BEST. I am so happy not only with what it does and how it looks, but also how easy it is to use - just a few minutes to get used to it then it is easy. Once my store is making sales I will definitely be paying for the upgrade.
