Great app, love to use it - great customer services and free version gets you more than enough for starting. Would recommend!
I can see the reviews normally showing on your website, we contacted you to help more with the issue, but mostly it's from your side we are able to see the reviews normally.

To me this app is one of the best in terms of design and flexibility. And the support team is really there when you need it! :-) Only thing I could complain is the integration with other apps like translation apps, it's not recognized by many apps and that's not ideal but I still love this app nonetheless.

New to this app and I read the reviews and watched the demos. Looked good, took a chance, and it's fantastic. Does exactly what we needed it to . Support from the Developer was excellent.

Easy to use and has relatively complete functions. The customer service is great and answers and solve my questions in 12 hours. This is the second time I use it.

I personally had a few issues with a feature on my site. I reached out and within a day support had gotten back with me, and solved the issue. It's been super convenient to use and helped us get all of our reviews moved to our own site. 9/10 would use again. (it would be 10 out of 10 but there is no export feature as far as I can tell) Highly recommend either way!

Must have app. Very professional and fast support! Integration of the contents in a specific section of my page other then default was an easy task for the support dude.

Responsive customer support and can still find them during weekends but there's no way to invite new reviews.
Thank you for your kind words You can send request using the messages' system 1- go to integrations in the menu 2- choose email messages there you can send a request for each new order you get
