This app has a lot of great functions. Customer service is also very quick and good. The only negative comments is that the user interface is not as efficient or intuitive as it could be so it can take a long time to get it exactly as you want it. However, once you've set it up, it's great. If they could fix the UI, I'd give it 5 stars.

Just fantastic. Tons of useful features and the support is fast and more than capable. We have a store that uses Ajax. This required some special coding to be worked out by the developers. This was done and working for us, in less than a day!!

I'm using this app to import reviews from AliExpress because it is incredibly feature rich and offers a whole host of widgets to display reviews on my site in a variety of different ways, and other useful integrations including Google Shopping. The main reason I chose this app is because of their automated reviews importer that imports reviews from Oberlo without the need to cut and paste every URL from AliExpress. I'm not sure any of their competitors are doing that. Their customer support has also been very responsive and attentive and they have assisted me with various set ups and made best efforts to address bugs I reported in a reasonable timeframe. I would definitely recommend this app!

The app works well. Even better, the support team is quick and fast. They communicate clearly, often same-day. Very happy with the results of this review app.

Reviews are not showing and there is coding all over my website. I had to temporarily delete the app. Please fix the issue ASAP.

They have one of the best support team ever ! I love how they respond within 24 hours and have solved almost any issue i've had. I recommended them to add a feature to their app and they did it ! The review designs are beautiful, custom colors, i can add reviews to the cart page also. I love their support team, great work, really happy with them :-)

beautiful app + Great customer service. However, some issues with their premium features (amazon reviews): 1) Doesnt import videos if the Amazon product review has a video. Video is by far the best way to convince customers to buy so for this app to import everything EXCEPT the videos is odd. Especially since this is a premium feature. It's like ordering a steak dinner and getting the mash potatoes and veggies without the Steak. The video review is the steak. 2) App isnt compatible with parent child listings. App merges ALL the reviews of a parent child listing regardless of which product the actual review is for into 1 product. The only way to fix this (that I see), is to go through every single review and delete the mismatches manually (time consuming). 3) Amazon Review Titles are not importing. I'm pretty sure they are supposed to (because there are options to modify titles). Not sure what's going on there. Maybe a bug? ------------------------------------------ Overall its a really nice app with lots of great features. You can tell a lot of time and effort went into it's development. It feels solid and looks beautiful. However, It's a bit of a hard sell for the premium features because they leave out the best stuff (video reviews are the best reviews) and is buggy (parent child merging reviews). To me, premium means it shouldn't be buggy and should include videos reviews too. Overall, Im going to keep using this app for a while and give it 5 stars in "good faith" that some improvements will be made. Lots of things these guys do right and outstanding customer service (very responsive). It's a beautiful nice app. thank you!
Hello, thank you for your feedback. And allow me to clear some misunderstanding 2- regarding to point 2 the product in amazon has 2 variants therefor the reviews are mixed between these 2 variants and you have separate products for each variant , so there's no way to get you reviews for one variant the app can't know that your product related to first or second variant Normally the product has 2 variants so all reviews will match what in your store but your case is different since you separated the variants into separate products pages. check this image https://ibb.co/6DnVjNq ( Also you made a request to remove the reviews section from products pages and you want only testimonial widget which it will show all reviews for all products you have) I hope it's clear now -------- Regarding to other question. 1- Widgets settings are different from app settings because maybe you want to set specific settings for that widget to give you more flexibility, also we have many widgets if we added all settings in one page it will be very huge and complicated. 2- You can sort the reviews by 1- images 2- by date (latest) 3- by stars 3- for read more you have some js code that prevent it from working we can fix it for your theme if you told us about it. (Anyway I fixed it and it's working now.) Thank you. Areviews App.

In my opinion it is a very practical app, the most important thing is that the price is very reasonable. You only need to spend less money each month to get very good results. The service is also very caring and responds to my news in a timely manner.

So far so good, had a few hiccups but the developer(s) were quick to get in and fix it. Will continue testing it out for another month or so.

I just use this app for a few days. Some problems like product rating installation or collection product rating installation stop my daily work because i am not good at set up the codes. But customer service is amazing swift and excellent! highly recommended this app.

affordable, and does exactly what i need. while i was searching for some other products. i noticed that they all cost around 20-70 usd per month. which is pretty crazy . however this only cost me around 7 bucks a month and does exactly what i need. Also the support team is good, they helped me fixed the code so the review stars shows in products page. Highly recommended.
