Good app that does its job. Helpful for brands with good reviews on marketplaces like Amazon for better conversion rates.

The best part about this app is that I can customize virtually every aspect of the app to my liking more so than almost any other review app out there. The Areviews team has resolved all my issues and concerns, and even made it easier to contact them. Great app and great team. Thank you all.

I recently had an issue where I was trying to add product ratings under the product title on my product page. I followed the installation guide, but it was not working so I contacted support for help. And within about two or three hours they fixed it for me. Importing reviews is very easy and I even added the carousel review widget to my homepage. This app is basically an all in one for reviews, and I am very very impressed! Especially with the fast response for support.

App horrível. Vc coloca pra exportar somete de um país e ele exporta tudo com uma tradução muito mal feito. Vc tenta apagar comentários e ele não apaga. App muito confuso. Entre outros problemas de configuração que fazer agente só passar raiva e perder tempo. Não recomendo
Sorry for the experience. You never contact us to help you with these issues, you should give us a chance to help you before adding back a review within a few hours of usage. We are always trying to fix any issue within a short amount of time.

I'm not one to write reviews (oddly enough) for any service, but I feel obligated to come and give my positive feedback. One of the fastest app support I've ever seen, even in different time zones they always responded quickly and helped me a lot with a problem/solution in my store's code. Thanks mainly to Ahmad who helped me quickly

Great app, love to use it - great customer services and free version gets you more than enough for starting. Would recommend!
I can see the reviews normally showing on your website, we contacted you to help more with the issue, but mostly it's from your side we are able to see the reviews normally.

muito ruim! sofri para por as avalições manualmente e desative. Depois diz q n posso ativar pq tem q pagar, péssimo!
On the free plan, you are limited to 6 imported reviews per product, and unlimited reviews written from your store it's mentioned in our plans in Shopify listed and in our pricing page. You can contact us to explain more about this issue you have.

Impossible de modifier les textes comme avant. On pouvait modifier les textes et faire beaucoup plus de choses mais là on ne peut plus rienb paramétrer. Je déconseille
Sorry for the incontinence, we removed the edit option according to Shopify policy as it considered as violation, and edit option will get removed from all Shopify apps not only us.

To me this app is one of the best in terms of design and flexibility. And the support team is really there when you need it! :-) Only thing I could complain is the integration with other apps like translation apps, it's not recognized by many apps and that's not ideal but I still love this app nonetheless.

The support team of Areview are awesome, they answer you really fast and also fix the problems instantly. The app is very useful and the free version is enough to start. I highly recomend to everybody to try it out.

Use loox, trust me, this app has fake 5 star reviews for their app. This is dog shit. They don't care about their users. Uncivil people made this app and work for this app. This app is ran by a bunch of monkeys. Very difficult to deal with scumbags like these people.

Absolute trash support. Use Loox reviews don't use this garbage app. The most insincere and rude customer service I've ever experienced on shopify. Stay away from this app. Also very outdated compared to Loox and Stamped, etc.. Screw this app.

Eine wirklich ausgezeichnete App die dabei hilft mehr Verkäufe zu machen. Der Support ist ausgezeichnet gut und immer für einen da. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Ich kann diese App nur empfehlen wenn man mehr Verkäufe machen will. Auch für Anfänger super da man es kostenlos bekommt.
