The app was sufficient, however still has some bugs in the room placement element. Our problem arose when we paid for the yearly service and after six months discontinued. Requested a refund for remaining six months and they will not refund stating due to Shopify's policy they do not need to. If you are going to utilize this app I would suggest the pay by month option. Bad policy on behalf of Artplace and Shopify.

When you subscribed, the plan was purchased as an annual subscription at a discounted rate, which, like all our annual plans, is non-refundable once the service has been used. This policy applies consistently to all users and is clearly outlined at checkout. Discounted annual plans are designed to offer a lower price in exchange for a full-term commitment, which is why refunds midway through the subscription period aren’t possible. If there’s anything we can still do to help you make better use of the platform, our team would be glad to assist.
