The app was sufficient, however still has some bugs in the room placement element. Our problem arose when we paid for the yearly service and after six months discontinued. Requested a refund for remaining six months and they will not refund stating due to Shopify's policy they do not need to. If you are going to utilize this app I would suggest the pay by month option. Bad policy on behalf of Artplace and Shopify.

When you subscribed, the plan was purchased as an annual subscription at a discounted rate, which, like all our annual plans, is non-refundable once the service has been used. This policy applies consistently to all users and is clearly outlined at checkout. Discounted annual plans are designed to offer a lower price in exchange for a full-term commitment, which is why refunds midway through the subscription period aren’t possible.
