Good app, I found this not only for extra sales on products, but as option to ask clients how to process final product (checkbox with item cost 0,00) I have been searching for such app to do this, but this is only that have this. I'm using it very short time, but It looks very promising.

Seems easy to setup and works well, plus the plan price definitely looks very appealing for what it is! had some issues at first with my horizon theme but support was super helpful and a few hours later it was solved, on a sunday evening as well! thanks!!
