Promised features were not delivered within committed timelines, and deadlines were repeatedly extended. Important finance functions remain incomplete, and some operational issues are still unresolved. Support response has been slow, unclear, and inconsistent. Overall experience shows serious concerns regarding delivery reliability, transparency, and customer communication.
