wondurfull addition to our website. it helps our customers find information not in the description. the UI is great and customisable. so far very happy with it , it brought sales in the first days of installing it. the answers given are are accurate.

Just started testing and it is very impressive. We have used alot of AI tools and most fall short. Integration was simple, the bot is fast and the support is great too. Must try for any store.

So far I'm quite happy with Asklo on my store. I've tried several different apps for FAQs over the past week and Asklo's Live FAQ is simply the best. I ran in to some issue with my theme, but thankfully for Danish from support team who resolved it in a few minutes. It has been so easy and quick to set up.

Asklo is a game changer for any shopify store looking to add a layer of AI that actually helps customers find answers they are looking for and to help answer common questions about products they may have. Asklo even allows customers to interact with the website in their native language. We've found this to be quite an important tool to understand what questions customers have that would otherwise go unanswered. Used properly Asklo can be a great tool to provide constant feedback and improvement to the website experience. Like all products from Klevu, the support is second to none. Highly recommended!
