We’re very happy with the platform overall. Danielle from the customer service team has been absolutely lovely and made the onboarding process incredibly easy. The whole team has been open and receptive to hearing ideas about new features, which we really appreciate. The customer-facing side of the platform is great and super easy to use, making life easier for both our customers and our internal team. We’d definitely recommend it!
