The Atelier app has been a key driver of our success. We use the password feature to create exclusive experiences for VIP customers and other segments. The Atelier team has been incredibly supportive of our business goals and so easy to work with. They have even developed custom experiences for us to perfectly suit our business needs. We used Atelier to host early access to our BFCM sales for our VIP customers, and it worked flawlessly! Very easy to setup and customize to be on-brand. Loved the ability to have a separate shopping experience with different pricing up and running in parallel to our primary DTC .com channel. The Atelier team was also readily available to support product improvement requests before, during and after the sale. We will definitely be using Atelier going forward as a way to support different customer segments, b2b opportunities and events.
