Atelier has been a great addition to our store — genuinely functional and flexible enough to handle our specific customization needs. The team actively helped us set everything up correctly from the start, they were reactive at every step and helped us pull off a seamless launch. Solid app, and a support team that actually shows up.
Atelier was perfect for our sale. It kept the sale exclusive to our newsletter subscribers and allowed us to easily select products from our site to feature. The set up of the Atelier showroom was also very quick and straightforward. The Atelier team were very responsive and helpful with queries and changes to our showroom throughout the process. We will definitely be using it again!
Terrible app. Does not integrate with your store at all, is not able to be customised to look like your store and takes a portion of your profit per sale. The free trial is also a scam, and you will be charged the full service fee even if you delete the app within the trial period. I was charged $69.21 AUD for this piece of garbage that i deleted within 6 hours of testing on my store.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry your first impression of Atelier wasn’t a positive one, and we completely understand your frustration. Atelier supports a full theme integration, providing you with access control over specific products or collections. The option you selected provides additional control over product visibility, merchandising, promotions, and sale-specific content, but it's just one of many ways to deploy a Showroom: Other options include hidden URLs or private subdomains. It sounds like our setup flow didn’t make that clear enough, which is something we’re actively improving. Usage charges only apply when a sale is hosted on Atelier’s infrastructure. When using the theme integration, there are no per-sale fees. We recognize that this distinction could be communicated more clearly during onboarding. Regarding the charge, the free trial includes access to build and preview Showrooms along with any other features our Enterprise plan provides. We're always happy to extend the free trial period if more than 7 days are needed for testing. That being said, publishing a live sale requires a paid plan, and it appears that our Advanced plan was activated during setup. While this is working as intended, we understand how the experience can feel confusing if the difference between previewing and launching a sale isn’t obvious. Most importantly, you were charged for something you didn’t ultimately use, and that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve already reached out directly and have issued a full refund. We really appreciate your feedback and are using it to improve both the product and the onboarding experience.
The Atelier app has been a key driver of our success. We use the password feature to create exclusive experiences for VIP customers and other segments. The Atelier team has been incredibly supportive of our business goals and so easy to work with. They have even developed custom experiences for us to perfectly suit our business needs. They are so fun to imagine with. The Atelier app fosters exclusivity, creates urgency, and converts sales. Highly recommend this app if you’re looking for unique shopping experiences!
We used Atelier to host early access to our BFCM sales for our VIP customers, and it worked flawlessly! Very easy to setup and customize to be on-brand. Loved the ability to have a separate shopping experience with different pricing up and running in parallel to our primary DTC .com channel. The Atelier team was also readily available to support product improvement requests before, during and after the sale. We will definitely be using Atelier going forward as a way to support different customer segments, b2b opportunities and events.
We've just completed our first sale using this app, and we couldn't be happier with the setup! The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making the process smooth from start to finish. Whenever we had a question, the support team responded quickly with helpful guidance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution!

Very powerful tool I wish we found sooner. Products can be sold to a small group of customers without showing up in the online store which is great for VIP sales but should work for many other initiatives we have in mind—customer service was very quick to respond too. Highly recommend!!
This app was exactly the solution for offering private sales boutiques for my affiliates, and my wholesale retailers. The app is incredibly classy, ridiculously easy to use and the support team is very responsive and eager to help navigate solutions for creativity. The app developer even shared ideas with me on how to best leverage the private sales links to drive more engagement and sale launches! I am beyond impressed!
