Terrible app. Does not integrate with your store at all, is not able to be customised to look like your store and takes a portion of your profit per sale. The free trial is also a scam, and you will be charged the full service fee even if you delete the app within the trial period. I was charged $69.21 AUD for this piece of garbage that i deleted within 6 hours of testing on my store.

The Atelier team has been incredibly supportive of our business goals and so easy to work with. They have even developed custom experiences for us to perfectly suit our business needs. They are so fun to imagine with. The Atelier app fosters exclusivity, creates urgency, and converts sales. Highly recommend this app if you’re looking for unique shopping experiences!
We used Atelier to host early access to our BFCM sales for our VIP customers, and it worked flawlessly! Very easy to setup and customize to be on-brand. Loved the ability to have a separate shopping experience with different pricing up and running in parallel to our primary DTC .com channel. The Atelier team was also readily available to support product improvement requests before, during and after the sale. We will definitely be using Atelier going forward as a way to support different customer segments, b2b opportunities and events.
