We’ve had a great experience using this app. The connection with DHL is seamless, which has significantly simplified our shipping processes. It has effectively solved the challenges we previously faced with Packstations and post offices, making deliveries much more reliable and efficient. Another major advantage is how easily the app integrates with our ERP system. The setup was straightforward, and it fits perfectly into our existing workflow without any complications. Overall, it’s a reliable and user-friendly solution that has noticeably improved our logistics operations.

The app is quite expensive for what it offers in terms of features and functionality. There should be a light version available for up to $10 with certain limitations, such as a maximum of four courier companies. I didn’t expect that at such a high price, I would still have to pay for Google Maps API calls.

Regarding Google Maps - those costs come from Google directly and apply to any pickup points app. The good news is Google offers a generous free tier that covers most stores, and we optimize API usage on our end to keep it as low as possible. Great App for custom and in-app pickup point. Seamless API integration for custom pickup point system (ig : your own shop network). Very reactive support.

The best app so far on shopify, and the support team is awesome as well. They literally take every challenge every query seriously and help the merchants on spot. This is really really amazing. I 100% recommend if anyone wants to use the Pickup point finder in EU on their checkout, this is the best APP on shopify.

Patrick and the rest of the team provide the best service I've come across - no matter how small my ask is, they've been super helpful in sorting out the issue. Explanations are always polite, friendly and detailed, and they even got in touch with us once they had built a feature we had inquired about! This may be the best app team I've ever encountered on Shopify! Keep up the great work, guys!
