My customer has been using this app since December and it solved a big pain point for them because they sell bulk products. They have an integration to Microsoft Business Central. However you recently updated your product and changed the field names and our integration broke. My customer didn't notice initially and then couldn't figure out what was causing the incorrect data, and by the time they asked me, it has been over a month of incorrect transactions. What is your communication strategy for updates like this? It's a simple change and we could have avoided a mess if we had advance notice?
