I’ve been using Attentive for over 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and their segmentation abilities make it easy to reach the right audience with the right message. What truly sets them apart is their AMAZING customer service. The team (my rep in particular) is always attentive (pun intended!) and goes above and beyond to help problem-solve, answer questions, and even suggest new strategies to improve my email and SMS program.
