Great platform for growing SMS revenue through campaigns and flow. Team is very supportive for any issues and helps plan out future campaigns. Easy to use and make changes quickly

I’ve had a pretty frustrating experience with Attentive. The platform promises a lot, but execution falls short. Support is slow and often unhelpful, which becomes a real problem when you’re dealing with time-sensitive campaigns. The UI isn’t as intuitive as it should be, and basic Would not recommend unless they significantly improve support and usability

We switched to Attentive this year for SMS (and most recently email) and we couldn't recommend them higher. They have been so supportive in our goals, the platform is easy to use and even in the past 30 days we have seen a +113% uplift in text revenue. A special thank you to both Maya and Dom.

We've been using Attentive for around a year now, starting with SMS, then moving our emails over too. It's super user-friendly, and any issues we have faced have been quickly resolved thanks to our account manager and the White Glove support team. Our account manager Maya always goes above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations and support to grow our channels. We've seen great results and couldn’t recommend Attentive more!
