We've been using Attentive for about 4 years, and I'm so glad we made the switch from Klaviyo. The UI is super easy to navigate, and if I ever run into any issues, my account manager and the white glove team are always available to help me out. Email and SMS are our most profitable sales channels, and Attentive makes it easy.
