We’ve explored several SMS platforms over the years, and Attentive has been the easiest and most reliable by far. The Shopify integration was quick and intuitive. Everything synced perfectly without the usual manual setup or data-mapping headaches. What we appreciate most is the accuracy of their attribution. Attentive pulls in all the right data and gives a true picture of performance, rather than inflating revenue like many other platforms tend to do. It’s refreshing to finally have transparent reporting we can trust. Between the smooth setup, excellent customer support, and clean performance tracking, Attentive has been a huge upgrade for our team. Highly recommend.
