The attribution dashboard is what we rely on most — it gives us a clear view of conversions across all channels, so we can see exactly where each order comes from, which is far more useful than looking at ad platform dashboards alone. For a DTC store, data accuracy is everything, and Attribuly has been dependable here: results generally reconcile with the ad platforms, and whenever there are discrepancies we get a clear explanation and the underlying data. The support team is also very responsive. It's a tool we'll definitely keep using.

Bought Attribuly via AppSumo and tried to reactivate my account. What followed was weeks of wasted time: Forced to book a mandatory demo call, but nobody from their team showed up to the Zoom meeting. Promised an update by support, but got ghosted for over a month despite multiple follow-ups. Can't even use basic features without hitches, and legacy account restoration is completely ignored. Terrible experience and absolute lack of customer care. Avoid. 1/5 stars.
