Attribuly does not comply with the customer rights protection policy by not allowing customers to request a refund for unused subscriptions, customer service is unresponsive and does not care about the desired plan changes. It is very inconsistent with the principles of customer rights protection. What a service that does not side with customers.

Hey Kaufweise, we are sorry for the poor experience. The current setting is that your paid plan will end once you unsubscribe. We are trying to make it to the end of your subscription to improve satisfaction. However, I can't agree that our system doesn't work and no one responds. Your questions got responses from both email and live chat channels by our support team.
