Hey Kaufweise, we are sorry for the poor experience. The current setting is that your paid plan will end once you unsubscribe. We are trying to make it to the end of your subscription to improve satisfaction. However, I can't agree that our system doesn't work and no one responds. Your questions got responses from both email and live chat channels by our support team.
I'm looking forward to implementing better tracking. Excellent starter plan.

Thrilled with Attribuly so far. Other tools assisting with multi-touch attribution are far more expensive, and frankly, even more clunky.
