Amazing purposeful app, trust me I had installed three other auction apps. My primary purpose was was to move older inventory without the use of secondary platforms and additional bridges that charge high percentages while taking customers away from my site. The bidding widget is clean, the email notifications are simplistic, relevant and purposeful. A super nice backend, great filtering for larger inventories including Type which is the only unique field merchants can utilize interior notes for structural purposes. Also featured is smart auto tagging for an auction collection, the ability to schedule, and what no other app offers.... the ease of a combine checkout which bidders want. Who wants to spend all day refunding ship overpayments? Fab U Lous. The app had me up and running in 30 minutes easily. I had immediate help with customizations and answers to my questions 1,2,3. This innovative team is really vested in the merchant and they want to know their users needs. They are US based and offer a friendly an onboard meeting too. This team is open to suggestions and will implement worthy ideas. They display a unique open-mindedness while earning their fee by the win, so no getting locked into monthly charges with running product limits. Total freedom to test and do what is right for your store. This suggests a partnership, which is exactly what I wanted. Better get in early, because this little group is sitting on the best app out there for running auctions on your shopify store ~ An Amazing app, with a cool innovative team. Do IT!

Our team wasted a lot of time setting up this app to our website. It does not allow customers to sign in to bid. Also customers can bid without adding a payment method, this means that they can backout of a purchase even after bidding. I don't recommend this app until it's been fixed.
Hi there - Sorry to hear you had problems with our app. We've followed up over email to assist, but a few clarifying details for anyone that reads this review: 1. Our app does require a user to sign in to bid. This allows us to protect the buyers and merchants. You can see an example of this here: https://shop.raremarq.com/products/new-shirt?variant=52519168442641 2. Customers can bid without adding a payment method: this is correct. A sign in is required, but because of our integration required, we cannot require someone to add a form of payment. We do fix this by automatically creating the payment invoice and sending reminder emails to the winner of the auction. Lastly, we're one of the few apps that allows merchants to choose a payment window, and if the current winner does not complete payment within that time period, we can close out the current winner's draft invoice and automatically select the next winner. I used this app to set up my first auction on my online shop, and love it! The interface is super clear and easy to use, and I was able to set it up fast without any issues. I will definitely be using it in the future. Thank you again to Chris and Jonathan at Raremarq for all your help!
