So far so good. Install process went smooth and painless. I was able to set up an future auction and had a question. Their Chat Support was on the ball and answered my question in about 30 seconds after contact. I will update my review after completing a couple of auctions next month but so far the ease of setup, ease of use, and the super fast support response are great signs. Thanks! EDIT: I have completed a couple of auctions and they went flawlessly.
