We tested Auction Plus in a demanding environment with intense auctions and a high number of bidders placing bids within a very short period of time, and the app performed very well. Everything ran smoothly even under heavy bidding activity. The support team is also excellent: very responsive, helpful, and quick to provide clear solutions whenever we had questions. A reliable app for serious auction projects. Highly recommended!

I tried the app but the instructions to install on the front end were incorrect, no problem I contacted support - they sent a few messages saying they would send a request to store to take a look - which was probably not needed as all I wanted was clarification on the wording - after several days of waiting I gave up and uninstalled the app. Shame
I'm truly sorry your support emails slipped through the cracks after you only wanted a quick clarification on the install instructions, that never should have happened. That is unacceptable.
