O aplicativo é ótimo. Mas eu queria dar algumas sugestões de melhorias ok? Se possivel façam essas mudanças abaixo atualizando o aplicativo de vocês. 1º) Coloquem alguma opção ou botão para que a gente possa ativar e desativar a data dos comentários. 2º) Coloque uma opção ou botão para ativar e desativar a bandeira do país. Nessa opção coloque 3 funções: A) Para ativar e desativar a bandeiras do país. B) Opção de escolher a bandeira somente do país que eu estou vendendo. C) Opção de escolher se caso eu estiver vendendo mundialmente, que automaticamente o aplicativo coloque de forma aleatória a bandeira de vários países nos comentários 3º) Se possível, coloque também no aplicativo de vocês a função de importação de reviews/avaliações direto do aliexpres para o aplicativo de vocês. Mas não esquecer de colocar nesta opção a função de TRADUZIR OS COMENTÁRIOS DE ACORDO com o pais que estou vendendo. The software is very interactive and provides a good service. And best of all, it's free! I highly recommend that many people give this app a try. It is a fantastic application; it has all the features of a paid app. I recommend it. You can manage reviews and add pictures to the reviews. All in all the best review application.

Audien gets the job done as a basic review solution. It has the core functionality of requesting reviews after purchase, allowing customers to leave star ratings and comments, and showing those reviews on the front-end.

Audien is een geweldige app met uitstekende functionaliteiten voor het importeren van reviews. De klantenservice is uitzonderlijk; snel, behulpzaam en altijd klaar om te ondersteunen. Een absolute aanrader voor elke Shopify-winkel!

After a few hiccups, one of my own making, the app is up and running and looks great. The customer service was excellent and helped me realise the error I had made so that I could fix it and get all my reviews correctly imported.

Amazing app that helps me with what I need, I use the free version and it offers so much. The support team reply quick as well, thank you Andy for helping me out! I recommend this app.

I've tried almost every commenting plugin on the market, both paid and free, and I think this one is designed to be the most user-friendly and loads very fast, by far the best. It would be nice if you could remove the watermark by paying for it.

UPDATED: My first impression of the app was very good, but wanted to update my review after 3 weeks of use. Also, wanted to highlight all the amazing support that I’ve received from Andy and the Audien team!! (They didn’t ask me to update my review. This is done on my own accord ) After having a play around and testing many other review apps, I ended up switching fully to Audien. It’s now my main reviews app. The reviews are displayed cleanly on the store. It looks professional, well designed and seems fast. The backend user interface is also clean, easy to use and easy to customize. It doesn’t bombard you with a million unnecessary things like in some other apps. The upload/import feature is my favourite part – especially the ability for unlimited imports, and importing ratings without comments. This was a key deciding factor for my switch. This was very important for me to consolidate and migrate all my previous reviews. Lastly, Andy and the team have been amazing! Whenever I had issues, requests, feedback or need help with CSS customization or anything else - they have been quick to respond, and helped me resolve any problems immediately. They have been very proactive, accommodating and customer-centric. Really great work! Thank you so much for all your support!! I highly recommend trying the app out and working with the team!
