Priyanka was an amazing person to help us solve issues we had with our Aus Post app - she was so thorough and took her time making sure we were doing the right then and explained everything in detail to ensure we understood where we went wrong and how we can fix it. She has taken so much stress and uncertainty off our shoulders and i feel so grateful to have been connected to her. Priyanka, thank you for your help and really caring for us. Keerthi from Support has walked me through how to use this app. I've been using other apps such as AMP/Australia Post by Addition, for 3+ years and was wanting to find another app due to significant price increases in the other app I was using. The prices offered in this app are very fair and the bulk label processing is a very good feature. The walk-through with Keerthi has been very productive and smooth, the app is very configurable too.
