I just had a 1 hour Zoom bringing me up to speed on using the app following the sudden departure of a long serving colleague. Was clear, precise and thorough. Can not speak more highly of this support plus a couple of items were incorrectly input with weight which were sorted. Keep up the good work

These guys are fantastic! Even at 8.30pm on a friday, I submitted a support request and got a phonecall from a real human within a few minutes and we had my system integration up and running a few minutes later. I can not speak more highly of this team and the quality of their work.
