Only have had the app for 2 days and support setting it up has been ok. So far so good.

Really powerful app and straightforward to set up. I've had a few questions along the way and the support team respond really quickly, definitely recommend
I have been using the app for a day and so far it is working well and I have appreciated the support from Sibi who set up a meeting to show me the basics. I am sure it will just take a little time to get used to the app after changing from a different provider. I found it extremely easy to install and set up and like that you aren't being charged for additional labels over 40 a month like other providers as all costs add up when you are a small business.
The app is super simple and the team are always there to help. Customer support is amazing. Well done!!
