I have been using the app for a day and so far it is working well and I have appreciated the support from Sibi who set up a meeting to show me the basics. I am sure it will just take a little time to get used to the app after changing from a different provider. I found it extremely easy to install and set up and like that you aren't being charged for additional labels over 40 a month like other providers as all costs add up when you are a small business.

I have started using this App for approximately 3 weeks and I find it easy to use and much quicker than what i used before . It is a simple but effective tool which after using it a few times is quite simple which is what you would want . The less Mouse clicks the better Support is very quick in responding and very helpfull.

Used this app as a replacement for external shipping software. Provides the same functionality without having to leave Shopify! Customer support has been very quick and helpful.

Addina M was outstanding! I was so amazed to get a called very soon after downloading the app which I have never experienced before. After sharing my screen with Addina she walked me through the whole process. I would have been stuck and confused on my own for sure. Addina answered all my questions and made sure I was confident before she left the Zoom meeting. What service and I haven't even started using the app yet!

This app doesn't work with Australia Post MyPost Business. It's taken 2 days to get to the bottom of the problem, due to the unfortunate and limited support from the team.
