I have started using this App for approximately 3 weeks and I find it easy to use and much quicker than what i used before . It is a simple but effective tool which after using it a few times is quite simple which is what you would want . The less Mouse clicks the better Support is very quick in responding and very helpfull.

Addina M was outstanding! I was so amazed to get a called very soon after downloading the app which I have never experienced before. After sharing my screen with Addina she walked me through the whole process. I would have been stuck and confused on my own for sure. Addina answered all my questions and made sure I was confident before she left the Zoom meeting. What service and I haven't even started using the app yet!

UPDATE: Within just a few hours of my original review and complaints about a feature, the PluginHive team have fixed the problem. We're grateful for the prompt way they dealt with this issue. Now that the issue is fixed we can enjoy all of the features that made us purchase this app in the first place. Happy customer. --------------------------- Unfortunately we will not be able to keep this app. There are some great features such as weight based packaging (combining products into one article) and being able to specificy certain products that should be excluded from weight based packaging; printing labels and manifests within the app; using our flat rate pricing for customers as opposed to what Aus Post charge us; and being able to nominate whether signature is required or not.... the one downside is something we only found out today, moments before we were due to launch the app as it wasn't something that was able to be tested before we entered our live production API key. The delivery notes/order notes field in Shopify is completely ignored by this app! If a customer wants to leave instructions (in the shopify Order Notes field) for the delivery driver, e.g. "My apartment is the one at the rear of the building" or "Please use the side stairs not the front door" this app will ignore those notes, so your Aus Post label gets printed with a BLANK delivery notes field. The delivery notes field is right there on the label the app produces, it's right there on shopify Cart page, but the developer will not map the two fields together. We are disappointed that at the last minute we can't launch our store and now have to find an alternative solution. Such a shame.

We looked at and tested a number of different apps for AusPost parcel integration and labelling. We found PluginHive's app the best in terms of functionality, support and cost. The support team are very responsive with any queries or issues we encounter and everything has been sorted out very quickly. The experience has been fantastic and we are very happy with our choice. Great work team!
