Finally found an app that does what we intended from the start in a semi elegant way of forwarding customize shipping rates to our customers particularly when we have a wide mix of parcels being sent. What truly sets this company apart for us is the exceptional service provided by Laura. She takes full ownership of her work, which shows in her seamless communication, flexibility in accommodating our requests, and takes the time to understand our business needs as if they were her own.
