Most issues are only very simple things, so by checking your mass's in Shopify and volumes in Addition, you can rule out most issues. Otherwise it's most probably getting the packaging correct for the dimensions of the item's you're sending. My advice is make the mass reasonably large, so it covers the postage for you. Also, add a handeling charge for overseas markets, but they get more difficult each month.
